At Optimal Therapeutic Massage our mission is to help you reach your goals whether that be improving your performance, recovering from an injury or treating yourself to an hour of relaxation or relief. We are one of a variety of amenities located in Unit 202K, at 7718 - 104 Street, Edmonton, Alberta.

We have a variety of payment options. To ensure your care is easily accessible and convenient, we are more than happy to offer direct billing to extended health benefits when possible. We also offer online booking for your convenience. Please click on the schedule link to book.

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. We charge 50% of the session fee for late cancellations. Appointment times have been set for your convenience. We will not be able to accommodate all late arrivals but will provide a partial or complete appointment at the therapist’s discretion.
